Metro East Friends of Ferals is a grassroots, community-based organization dedicated to assisting communities in managing and caring for community cats. Our group, along with many others like us, firmly believes in the effectiveness of Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) as a vital method for improving the lives of outdoor cats and the neighborhoods they inhabit. Through this humane strategy, we aim to disrupt the cycle of overpopulation and provide a compassionate solution for our furry friends. By trapping, neutering, vaccinating, and, when necessary, returning cats to their colonies, we help foster healthier and more balanced community cat populations. For those cats that are friendly, lost, or abandoned, we work hard to give them a chance at a forever home.
Please join our mission to create a world where every cat, regardless of their circumstances, can enjoy a safe and happy life. Through our efforts across the Metro East, we strive to make a difference by advocating for the importance of TNR and empowering others to join us in this cause.
